Speedometer visor

PostAuthor: Panther » Tue Sep 13, 2016 9:38 am

Hi all: New member here. I'm a very old guy, been riding for many, many years. Recently bought a new V Star 250. Very happy with my purchase. Does anyone have a slight problem with the sun reflecting off the glass of the speedometer? If the sun is behind me it reflects off the glass to the point where it is very difficult to see the indicated speed.. Thanks for a great forum. Lots of valuable information

Howdy. Welcome to VTF.

yep, sometimes it's so bad I have to use my off-hand to cover until direction change alters the reflection angle.
